Spoke with a local school bus driver that lives down the road. From what she told me those white strobes on top of bus's when activated can be for bad weather, or the bus is disabled. Strobe lights as such are not legal to use on automobiles.

Movie that just came out about a navy seal mission's in Iraq. We saw it back in June at a local theater here....pretty good film. Kind of reminded me of some of the stuff in american sniper.
