We call anything much over 90k miles getting up there. Usually on older vehicles mostly due to rust, 150k miles, and your ready for the boneyard if no maintenance is done including any rust proofing. At any rate at close to 180k miles, you'd be spending some serious cash on any vehicle to keep one trouble free unless you like to walk.
