If you are just talking about the rubber itself, then I got them at Discount tire. The wheels I ordered directly from SCS.

I have not found anyone that makes a 4 piece kit for the access cab, as the back windows do not open.

My 2017 TRD off road access cab does the same thing, only when it's cold though. After it's warmed up it seems to do ok as long as I have it in power mode.

Very easy, took 5 min. Remove the little carpet pad from the bottom of the console, remove the 2 factory bolts, install safe, install 2 supplied longer bolts and you are done. The Manual says it's better to set the combo prior to installing.
