I just got my 2016 Toyota Tacoma sport ac and noticed I had wind noise like a back window is open. I resolve it by getting a copper tubing foam insulator from Home Depot half inch. They come in 6 foot lengths and I tucked it below the back window between the cab and the bed. Fits in there nice...
