I forgot to mention I do hear a small grinding noise on front passenger side wheel. Possibly a bad wheel bearing? Will the abs light turn on because of a bad wheel bearing?

I've checked my brake fluid level and it's full. What can be the problem?

My neighbor I selling me this setup for 600. I'm not really into off roading ( and wouldn't be as I have a pre-runner), but I do really like that lift look on Tacomas. So it's purely for looks, but would this setup be worth it? Please chime in, thanks.

You mean the differential drop? I'm not expert, but I've heard that it all has to do with the angle driveshaft after a lift. They do sell those differential drop kits. What kind of lift kit did you get for this truck?

Or just buy a new carrier bearing?

Would it be smart to change this two price drive shaft ( mine's s two piece) into one piece aftermarket driveshaft? Maybe the vibration will go away? This vibration thing is bugging the hell out of me

I'm starting to realize that. Just got out from underneath my truck. I didn't find anything. How the hell am I suppose to give this driveshaft maintenance? As I'm driving up hill, I feel a slight vibration while going 40mph/ below 2 thou rpms. I'm not sure if it's my driveshaft going bad or if...

How many zerk fittings are there?

If my truck is a rwd, does that mean I have a front differential? I took the skid plates off and I can't find it. Also is it true that your have to check the tranny fluid under certain type of temp to get accurate levels? Please help me guys, thanks!!!

I checked my differential there was a sticker, but no where did it indicate lsd. I also have a rear differential lock button on the left side of my steering wheel, but I suppose all tacoma owners have this? Not sure...

Cool thanks! Just bought the oem densos today. Looks like I have a long drive back to CA from NC. I'm at 110k and haven't changed my differential oil. What do you guys recommend me changing it now or not necessary at the moment.
