Have you checked the lines for leaks? What year is the truck and mileage? No noise on left turns? Only does this just after putting in drive and not any other time?

Not understanding your question? Dry road = vibration, wet road = no vibration? 4 wheel high I assume. Possible carrier bearing. Is the truck lifter at all?

Spacers are a waste of time and money. Spend a little more with coilovers, add-a-leaf, and upper control arms.

And it doesn't just unscrew from the base or is the base missing/damaged? Or is it aftermarket? Pic of it?

I also like oem parts....

On some cars it can be reset by disconnecting and re-connecting the battery. Then if it comes on again, need to take it in for service.

I'd actually like to lower my seat. Seems my 2015 is high.
