    Better tires?

I am running the 285/65X18 on my 2015 with a 3 inch Toytec lift. Added a SPC upper control arm and removed mud flaps.

    Better tires?

I have the Nitto Terra Grappler ll and they are pretty good on and off the road. Price is also good.

    Which one?

If you like the way it sits, then maybe just add a helper spring instead of lifting the rear. Or heavy duty shocks.
  7. TacoKen

    Which one?

Why do you want to lift the rear? Have you lifted the front? If so, what did you install on the front? if you did spacers, then maybe blocks on the rear unless you are going to haul heavy stuff in the bed or tow a trailer, then definitely aal. Personally, I would not do a front spacer or rear...

    Tires for Wide Stance

I think you should go visit a tire store that sells rims and tires. You don't seem to believe us so maybe they have the expertise you are looking for.

    Tire suggestion

I have the Nitto Terra Grappler II and they work well on the road and off road. They are 10 ply so very firm but can withstand sharp rocks etc.

What upper control arms, stock? Wheel offset? Depending on tire/wheel offset you can run 285/70 with possibly some plastics removed (front small mud guard). With stock control arms you may get some rubbing.

Sorry, left out the word DOING. I have been doing a lot of fishing trying to get some fresh air and keeping my distance from people. Weather here in Sacramento area has been nice. 70's and up to 80.

Full 3in lift King 2.5 coilovers

The more lift, the stiffer the ride. Also without new UCAs you will not be able to get a good alignment and tire rub may occur depending on tire size and offset.

Full 3in lift King 2.5 coilovers

2.5 inch is optimal per most vendors for Tacoma trucks. I have Toytec Boss lift front and rear. I am at 3.0 lift but I also have SPC UCAs for better alignment and clearance over stock UCAs. Ride will be better at 2.5 but I have 10 ply tires so ride will always suck regardless of lift.

    Tire size

I have a 3" lift on my 2015 4x4 with 285/65X18 but removed the mud flaps and small plastic splash shield in front. I had some minor rubbing on UCAs so replaced them with SPC UCAs and added a little extra caster.
