I would not go larger than a 275 series tire to avoid rubbing with 2 inch lift. Problems more likely to cause an issue when off-roading during stretch and retract any bigger tire will rub on either inner fender or top of fender if tires are turne while assending 2016 Tacoma Trd Off-road...
