    Suspension Lift

I actually did not bc you can't really notice the lean unless you stare at it. I notice it bc I'm the one driving it but it's not a huge concern at this point in time

    Body lift

Wouldn't do body lift. Just looks funny. Plus if you don't have step rails to hide your frame under the cab, then lift it higher and you'll see even more of the frame

    lift

all depends on the lift. My 3" lift was a block lift but I still added some 3" procomp shocks to help with the rear end. Didn't wanna stretch out the factory ones too much

    Suspension Lift

Little bit of my story line. Started out no lift, then did a ready lift suspension with 3". Now I have the lift with 265/70/18 tires with an -12 mm 18x9. I like the simple 3" lift. Not too much but enough to tuck some bigger tires. Plus sadly mine is only a 2wd so I didn't wanna go too high anyways

    Squeaky leaf springs?

Mine started to squeak a little after my lift kit. I bought new shocks that are made for a 3" and that helped more than expected. Come to found out my leaf spring bushings are the ones that are making the noises. 30 dollar fix and it made it better

Bilstein 5100 and spacer fit 33s

I did a 3" suspension lift and the biggest tire you can get without any trimming is a 285/65/18(20) or a 265/70/18(20). I would suggest the 265 bc a 285 tire is a ten ply tire which ride like sh*t but it's a little taller than the 265. The 265 is a little bit wider. The rim you can go with a 0...
