what are you building your truck to do?

End result for my truck is to race all the popular desert races. Ultimately MORE 1400 class. The most current goal is to get it to one of the most capable weekend warrior/desert DD around. (I can drive the 20 miles to work everyday on pure trails)

don't have any pics of mine, but im running the PCI chase set up. http://www.pciraceradios.com/ProductDetail.jsp?LISTID=4184933584391276545 a little over priced but i needed it for the Mojave run my first year and they were the only people in the general area that had one in stock. I am...

    Jacks

im wondering if the throw on any of these jacks will be enough to get a 37 off the ground... maybe will need to carry a couple blocks of wood with me as well. The Torins arent horribly priced either.

    Jacks

What kind of jack is everyone running? I have a big ass craftsman steel jack I bring with me on trips and i'm looking to retire it for an Aluminum jack. Try moving around a steel jack in the sand without a skid haha.

New guy here. Ready to buy a 2013 TRD

OP, aftermarket wheels are thing to consider if you are worried about replacing 1200 wheels. I bought my 6 method wheels brand new for just a hair over that total. And you can get great wheels even cheaper. I wouldn't let wheels determine a purchase personally. good luck in your hunt!
