Well I took my truck to toyota and they said the electrical signals could be emitting rf and that sound can be received by the microphone.. They said there's no fix for it at the moment although they are not 100% sure that is the cause of the issue. Anyways, i found the link below a couple days...

Yes by using your instructions, clicking the push to start twice, you can hear the buzzing louder when it's switched to the "On" position. I'm going to take it to the toyota service center as well and see if they can figure it out.

I did notice similar sounds coming from the engine bay when in accessory mode. I wonder if the sound is somehow bleeding onto the mic.

Having the same issue currently. Hoping there is a fix soon
