Just bought a 22 TRD Offroad with 61k miles. It’s doing just like the OP described on cold starts or after the engines cooled from operating temp except it’ll idle around 500 rpms and then idle up as if nothing happened. Some starts it’ll start up on the first try but it’ll idle at 500 rpms...
