It's the check arm. I loosened it and was able to open/close the door, without it popping. I've got a hook up with a dealer in Seattle, who can get it for approx $68 + shipping.

Not exactly sure where I saw it show up, but glad I did! I thought I'd give it a try since TW is getting tougher to navigate when searching.

Yeah the window goes up/down alright...just squeaks some on the way down. I'll probably replace the check arm. It looked pretty smooth to r/r.

Yeah, I've seen that one but everything looks in tact on my door when I took it apart. Was thinking/hoping it could be something different.

This it's a out of the norm. Its a metal pop, like the door check many be bad.

It closes fine. Its just that pop it makes when open/close.

The 3 nuts are snug too, on the mechanism. Running out of ideas & not wanting to take to the money chugging dealer.

I've sprayed lithium lube on the slide but still pops.

Anyone have their driver door pop, at about halfway, when closing & opening?

I'm running 285/75/16s on my TRD 16x8 rims. Hate these meats but I'll run 'em down & never recommended this tire. Size is fine & hasn't affected MPGs.

I'm running a Magnaflow catback on mine with the TRD CAI & it sounds badass but a lil cabin noise. Not too bad, just when throttling up from a stop.
