Is there a big difference in the cleaners and polishes you buy from these boutique places (Adams, Chemical Guys, Zaino, etc.) vs. the stuff you can buy at the local auto parts store? Anyone have any opinions on Adams products?

Ran into that same problem myself. Depress the release button and rock the headrest back and forth. Going to take a little elbow grease, but the headrest should release. I have a problem removing the headrests even when they are installed correctly.
