I have black Wet Okole covers and love them. They fit to the point where you don’t notice they are covers, and have held up awesome for the 4 years I have had them on.
Love my Wildpeaks, about 15k miles on mine so far and not a single issue with their performance in dry, rainy, snowy, or muddy conditions. Very quiet for an aggressive tire as well (and you can’t beat the price!).
I believe after some digging that most of the USB ports are only 500mA, that is enough to trickle charge something like a current iPhone but you might notice it not keeping up if you have the screen on and gps running. iPhone and most other modern smartphones need 1amp for full function, and...
I’ve always had this problem on my ‘15 with the USB. It’s not just with the iPhone, any powered USB device will either not always recognize or cut in and out.
Because of that, I have always relied on Bluetooth and a decent USB 3.0 adapter for the outlets, but the USB interface is nice because...
Bad or dead sensor, one of them probably needs replacement.
The batteries are not replaceable, and only last around a decade or less. Not sure if there is a way to disable the light, but it’s not really cost effective to replace them all unless you are already changing tires (and even then...
Confirmed. Mine is a ‘15 access cab, and power locks/windows were standard. If you could find a regular cab that year, they still had manual locks windows standard.
I’ve been running Osram Nightbreakers for a few months now and have had no issues. Seem to be a little brighter, and a cooler white light than stock without being obnoxious. Also fairly cheap at around $25 for a set. Make sure to wear gloves when installing unless you want them to burn out fast.
That’s better (but not very good). My 2015 has about 38k with the 2.7, and with slightly bigger AT’s and a large body contractor cap I am in the low teens around town. Still can get a bit over 20 on the highway if I keep my speed down and take it easy, but that is rare.
Just an FYI, unless you are running forced induction, a “chip” or “tune” will never result in any more that a 5% increase in power (and even that is being generous!).
