There were no issues with the differentials and the noise never came back. I'm going to put a lift back on but I'm going to give it a bit before I do just to make sure the hum sound doesn't come back.

Well as soon as the lift was off it went away. It's still getting towed and getting checked by the dealership. Only because the shop saw the oil was not the right color. I will keep you posted.

The shop is taking the pucks out today and putting what little stock parts they took off back on. They want me to have it checked by the dealership being it's under warranty. My second opinion agreed. I'm also going to have it towed in so I don't make it worse.
