:sad:My Prerunner tranny makes sort of a whining/chirping noise when out of gear. The noise stops when the clutch pedal is depressed. The dealer says it needs a new clutch disc and cover and its not covered under the 5 year powertrain warranty, but its not a big deal if I choose top live with the noise. It would cost about $1000 because the tranny has to be pulled. Truck only has 40k on it. Anybody dealt with this and have any suggestions?
