16'SR5 change to TRD rims?

If I change my 16x7 rims to TRD 16x7.5s and leave my 245/75/16 tires on would this be an issue? I will eventually move to 265s.

Looks good! I love that color. It'll look much better with a set of 265's

I want to go wider with 265/70/16 on my 2016. I wonder if it would be a clearance issue? I think it should be ok it's .79" wider not even an inch. And it would look cool too!!

Stock 6 lug Tacomas have been able to fit 265/75/16 since 2005.

Dr. James I really like Cooper tires they have a good selection of truck tires. And we have them on all of our work trucks. And never had any issues.

Does changing to 265's mean your speedo is not accurate any more? Can you put 265's on stock rims?

Slight diff on speedo but yes 265/75/16 will work on stock rims and vehicles without rub
