I notice that it shakes any idea why

Start with tire balence and possible road force test. move to the front end around while the tires are off and check ball Joints, shock mounts, drive shafts, rotors, and all joints

here is a pic of my tacoma my tires are a little to big 265/R 16 any idea of what kinda of body lift I would need

How wide are your tires? I had a 97 single cab and ran 265's and never had a problem.

Their 265s they shouldnt rub unless at full lock but if they are then you need to turn your wheel all the way in either direction and mark where the tire is hitting and trim away

265 is the height(31"). Are they 10.50, 11.50 or 12.50 wide?

Yes first numbers width second is sidewall hieght

I've had the same problem with my tacoma I also have the same size tires. I have a 3" suspension lift and I also had my tires realigned and it fixed the wheel scrubbing tremendously. I have very little scrubbing now.

Negative caster can also pull the wheels away from the fenders as well.
