(In 2005) I was told by the dealership that when I bought my Tacoma from, that the Toyota factory ran out of the standard Manuel trans that they normally would install on my Tacoma. So they installed a R154 trans with a bell housing adapter and uped the rear axle gear ratio to handle this trans. The issue is now that I reached 150k and I want to get new clutch pad put in before it start slipping. I would like to get a clutch kit and have my mechanic install it. The thought of paying 2 to 3 time more the cost by going to the dealership, does not trill me. Lol. I find almost no info on this subject on the internet. Any advice/experience on this issue is greatly appreciated. Dan
