2013 Tacoma Bluetooth issues

Was having hard time receiving calls right away so I deleated phone from system. When I tried to add new the Bluetooth on radio it won't connect
Can't get the Bluetooth power to come on. On radio. It's not lit and says off
 
I know this is an old post but my 13' also does this. I start the car and the blue tooth hooks ups to my phone about 85% of the time the other it just says no blue tooth signal, so i have to pull over and shut it off and then restart sometimes i have to do this two or three times before it hooks up to my i-Phone. Is there fix for this?
 
I've got a 2013 and sometimes I have to touch the "connect" icon but never had to do a restart. But I have a droid....
