2013 Tacoma pro sport maintenance questions

With almost 80,000 on it. When does automatic transmission fluid need changed, spark plugs, differential , coolant need changed? Am I past due on these?

Spark Plugs - 30K miles
Tranny Fluid - 50K miles
Diff - 30K miles
Not sure about coolant.

Tranny fluid is not mentioned or is mentioned as life long fluid but that is bull. Toyota added a 100K life for it but I change it out every 50K.

Also. Is it worth the $ to get a higher end spark plug? If so what type

Higher end spark plugs do nothing. Iridium lasts longer but that's it.
