The connector was also bad on my truck. I found both on ebay.

Here's what my plug looked like:
My resistor may have been fine because I plugged in a new one and it still didn't work. I replaced the resistor and wiring pigtail.

My 07 was only working on high last year and i had to replace the ac controls. There was a burnt wire and connection. Bought one used off ebay because they were like $900 from Toyota
