2019 2.7, still getting random cold start rattle

Any more suggestions? I have been reduced to starting it, turning it right back off, then restart; magically never a rattle when I do that series of things. And rubs perfect all day. It’s so random only at cold start, 3-4 times a month, I can’t get any reliable mechanic to hear it, or do anything more than throw more parts at something they can’t accurately diagnose.

Sorry, I know I have posted multiple times about this. Just frustrated.

 
all that comes to mind from a year of youtubing is the VVTI gears are worn early
but IDK much about that engine

did them pro technicians crack the engine top open to look at the gears?
