6000k hids and headlight housings, 1999 Tacoma

I've got a 1999 Toyota Tacoma and I am needing new headlights. I'm looking for 6000k hids. I would like to buy the headlight housings and bulbs together instead of separately, but if needed I could buy them separately. Does anybody have any recommendations on somewhere I could buy the housings and bulbs together? I would appreciate the help.
 
I did HID 6,000K H4 Bulbs and ballast and cancellers on both Headlamps and HID 6,000 K H11 Foglamps and cancellers and ballast !!! OEM Housings are fine !!!Saved tons of money,on Ebay , total cost was for Headlamps and Foglamps HID Kits were $100.00 fee shipping !

Ok sweet! Do they tend to flicker any?
