I just got my 2016 Toyota Tacoma sport ac and noticed I had wind noise like a back window is open. I resolve it by getting a copper tubing foam insulator from Home Depot half inch. They come in 6 foot lengths and I tucked it below the back window between the cab and the bed. Fits in there nice and tight and the extra foot on the ends goes down the side behind the rubber Shield that Tacoma comes with. I don't hear the wind as bad anymore and i'm happy now. It also absorbed sound back there. Toyota almost got it fixed with the idea of the rubber strip between the cab and bed on the side, but should have used foam on top and sides. I'M A CRACKER JACK engineer. WANTED TO SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE. I know you all are having problems.
