Hey Everyone, I’ve been noticing that when I turn on the air recycling button when using heat, it shuts off on its own after a few mins. Is this normal for this system?

Normal when the cabin temp rises a few degrees. Push and hold for about 5 seconds when closing to keep it closed unless you select defrost.

I actually use the defrost most of time so its not right in your nose and keeps window from fogging in winter...
