Brakes on 2007

Just trying to find out opinions.

I have taken my 07 TRD DCSB to a couple tire places and had my local dealer look at my brakes for what I deem as them being soft. I press brake pedal pretty far before my taco comes to a complete stop. Every place has said my brakes are fine.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hows your brake fluid?

If it’s ok your master cylinder may need to be replaced.

You can get a new one for about $80 but you’ll need brake fluid.

That’s what I was thinking but none of the places said anything about it.

If the squishy doesn’t bother you much it will be ok until it isn’t.
