I ordered a cherrybomb glasspack, i was wondering is a 2.25 enough diameter? Also, do they have to bend the pipe to fit it right?
 
That should be fine. Your exhaust diameter is a true 2.25. I got a muffler with a 2.5 in/outlet and it works fine. Any muffler shop will be able to get you a good fit. They shouldn't have to bend the pipe unless you got a muffler with an offset inlet pipe instead of center.
 
Also, the one shop saying theyd have to bend the pipe is a scam? The never looked under my truck, but i did. Its a stock muffler and they look like they line up.
 
They have to include that in the estimate for the chance they may have to do it. Every muffler is different. If anything, they would have to bend pipe just at the inlet and outlet pipe, as long as your existing exhaust and tail pipe are in good shape. If your exhaust system is too rusted they will have to replace the entire pipe from the muffler to the tail because they wont get a good weld.
