Cigarette lighter not working on a 2002 base model 2wd Taco

Hi everybody! I use the cigarette lighter in my truck to charge my android phone while listening to Pandora! Anyway it won't charge my phone anymore so I suspect it's either a blown fuse and/or a bad cigarette lighter. My question is where is the fuse box located and which fuse is it? Also, how do you check the cigarette lighter and how do you replace it? My truck is a 2002 base model 2wd single cab Taco with a 2.4l and an auto trans. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have to tear the dash cover off to replace.

Glad to help. I have never had to replace a cig lighter on the '02 but would make sense to get to it the front cover(s) have to come off. Hope its just a fuse for ya!
