Clutch pedal noise

When i baught my truck the clutch pedal when pushing it down makes a squeak noise.i had dealer lube pedal.or at least thats what the told me they did and now its back. Clutch works great ,only has 40,000 on truck. I would like to fix it myself.anyone have any ideas what it could be?

I had toyota replace the clutch pedal and a few other things to get rid of the squeak..the day i picked up the truck after having it fixed.it worked great,super easy to push down.and no noise...now noise is back 2 days later.i did do some dirt trails sunday thats it...this morning, squeak showed up on brand new parts.what else can i do,is there a spot that needs grease or something.and i did turn post on new parts but still that squeak is back.
