Stock is cold air but if you must AFE might make one for the 13. Airaid for sure makes one. The URD can be made to fit.

Would it even be worth upgrading or should I just stick with the stock one.

An intake will give you top end gains. IDK how much time you spend at high RPM.

I personally like the Airaid. Volant is nice but it causes a rich fuel mixture. AFE is always good. They used to make the 1st gen TRD intake.

The Volant intake makes the engine run rich because the diameter of the MAF tube is smaller than stock. That increases velocity across the MAF which makes the ECU think there is more air entering the engine. Some trucks throw a CEL when that intake is installed.
