Concern from going from park to drive in my Tacoma

question: I have a 2023 v6 automatic Tacoma and when I shift from park to drive I notice the rpm go up then down while still maintaining my foot on the brake. Is this normal? Thanks

Yep, if the engine hasn't got up to normal operating temp yet. My 2020 will do the same.
