Is there a way to stop the condensation from getting into my fog lights? I replaced the halogen lights with led's
Condensation in fog lights.

Reuse the rubber grommets from your halogen bulbs on the led base.
Thats a common problem with swapping out some bulbs.

I even got brand new ones still doesn't stop condensation

I honestly don't know I changed them as soon as I got the truck

Odd, mine only leaked after i swapped to hids for a short time (stupid move on my part). Went back to halogens and they didn't leak anymore and they also stopped blinding other people. I got the hids free tho, and figured id try em.

Plastic lenses believe it or not are permeable to moisture. Halogen bulbs create enough heat and IR energy to drive the moisture out. Many OEM lamp assemblies have channels or coatings on the inside to channel the moisture to a place where it will not be seen. HID should generate enough heat to dissipate the moisture as well-

I like my OEM projector beam halogens. They do great on the turd gens IMO. I know it’s a common upgrade (or downgrade) that people do. I’ll stick with the OEM.

I'm going to try putting a thin layer of silicone grease on the gasket. One side stopped on its own already. So I'm going to test several different things and see what works. Thanks.

Used some reel grease because that's the only kind I had on hand at the moment and it works great!
