coolant change

My Tacoma has a little over 100,000 miles.
Can I just Drain the coolant and refill it or should I take it to the dealer and have it done?

Don't see why you can't do it yourself, flush it then refill with Toyota antifreeze.
Toyota Pink factory fill 10years/100,000 miles service drain/refill every 50,000 miles after.
Toyota Red 2years/25,000 miles.

I did my '00 PreRunner when it started running hot years ago. No problem after that.
