Turning 59 this month on the 13th! Where the hell has time gone, I think like a 19 year old , but feel like a 60 year old or older ! Thank you for hearing me out, I now got to go take my Big Boy Nap !

That isn't old. Its all about how you feel and go through life. I've know some 30yo people who acted like old people and some people over 70 who act like 20yos.

No, once I hit 70, my bones, and muscles are feeling old. What I was able to do till about 60 still felt like I was 20. I don't have the same mobility like I use to.
On another note, I can act like 20 all day long.
