ok so i have an 2008 Tacoma, how hard would it be to change out the rear drum brakes to disc brakes
You need a kit from Tundra racing and probably a master cylinder from a 4 runner or something. You aren't going to stop like a 911 Turbo no matter what you do.

I agree with whipper If you want to stop faster upgrade your front brakes. But really the Tacoma has the best braking distance in its class. I think the brakes are fine
I had to the other day, some dumb s@it cut me off and immediatly needed to go left. Brakes were fine, stopped on a dime.
