Exhaust running rich?

My exhaust has been running rich? I use fuel system cleaner and run 89 octane... But my exhaust is apparently running rich. Amy suggestions?

Are you seeing black soot on the exhaust tip? They all do that.

It also has liquid in there when i turn my truck off?

Condensation. Your truck would not run of it was that rich.

I'm sure it is unless you have lights on in the dash or the engine is running funny.
