Front hubs not locking 99 tacoma

Hey y'all. Big problem, after replacing my clutch and bolting the trans back up, I noticed the front hubs won't lock in. The transfercase will hear down but noticed my 4x4 light wont come on the dash. FML!

Check the ADD connections.

Yep, check all connections that have anything to do with A.D.D , vacuum activated
