Fuel pump making noise

I've never heard of this before. My truck was parked for 4 hours when I heard a noise that sounded like it was coming from the fuel pump. Any suggestions as to what this could be or what I should do?
 
Normal. The truck does a self check on the EVAP system when the truck has been sitting for 6 or 7 hours. There is info about it in the owner's manual.
 
I make the same noise after a big chicken dinner, just hard to tell if it's coming from the pump or the afterburner!
