I did that on Monday. I took the V6 badge off the tail gate the second day I owned it.
I was debating on the Tacoma... keeping and making them black or removing.
I bought a heat gun from harbor freight for $12. Took some fishing line to cut it off and a little goo gone to clean the left over. Waxed it after and done. I like it!!

Agreed. It looks less cluttered. And I always hated getting that special brush that gets in the letters so good when washing. Until I wax it again, you can still faintly see where they were at least on the doors.
