I got about 115,000 miles on my stock brakes. I got new rear brakes pads installed and drums turned for 229.50 from Toyota. I don't think that was to bad of a price

They had a special going that ended today. They had told me 250 a side so if they can do them for 229.50 they are making money at 250 a side

Anyone know where to get slotted, drilled front rotors I'm looking on eBay but just not sure

DBA, EBC or Powerslot. Drilled rotors can crack around the holes.

Actually the Tacoma rear brakes aren't half as bad as I thought they'd be,
I've done some others & some were nightmares...
Some drum brakes are a little tricky to work on but I like leaving the OEM drums in place because they last forever.

yeah thinking about it I think ill just leave it alone. another 115,000 miles I may just pay someone to do it. I'm wanting to get 300,000 miles on this truck before a new one comes.
