How do I remove these clips??

I’m trying to get into the interior fender well but the lining is in the way. I got the screws out but can’t seem to get these out any suggestions?

Thanks OR. I always use a pocket knife or a screw driver. I’m going to order one.

On other vehicles I’d dig em out with a screwdriver then go to the dealer and buy replacements. Figured they were one use only.

Most usually are.
But if you’re really careful you can reuse them sometimes.
Tools like that would be especially helpful for door panels and such.

That’s why I bought them when I did the kicker up grade on the Tacoma and when I did the ESP locking box on the Tundra I had to remove the entire rear interior of the truck. Glad I had them.
