They have changed a lot. Good and bad. Mostly for the worse.

I really want to try that too. I guess I'll have to without her![emoji51]Just had arby's new Greek gyro yesterday for lunch....yum!
I'll definitely remember that! It's worth the 2 for 6$ but don't get the gyro curly fries, not worth it. They give you maybe 1/2 ounce of meat on it. It was sad
I have a family recipe for Tzaziki.Just had arby's new Greek gyro yesterday for lunch....yum!
I have a family recipe for Tzaziki.
32 oz low fat plain yogurt
.5 teaspoon salt
.5 teaspoon white vinegar
3 to 4 pressed garlic cloves (or more)
Then add 2 tablespoons fresh dill weed and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix thoroughly and leave in fridge overnight. Serve with beef, lamb, grilled chicken, toast, vegetables, etc.
You're welcome.
efcharistó!
Are you Greek?
No. Just knew a couple words from here and there. Neighbors as a kid were first generation.Ναί. και εσύ?
Try it with fresh or dry dill weed.
Every family does it differently. It's widely available in the Middle East. Loads of variations. I grew up on this one. Put the garlic and salt in the vinegar and mix before you mix it into the yogurt.
