Let me start off with admitting the obvious. I totally dropped the ball. I let people break our Posting Rules without correcting them.
First things first... if you see a post that violates our posting rules PLEASE report it. If you don't know how to report it send me a PM and I'll get on it.
Second... we need some more moderators on this site. This isn't a popularity contest. We need well respected guys who post helpful information and are level headed.
If you think you know of someone who would be a good mod please Send Me a Private Message. Please DON'T nominate yourself but nominate someone else. I know that's a little strange but moderation is all about having respect from the community so this process works well.
