I just bought my first pickup about three weeks ago, a Tacoma.
Anyway looking to do a little work on it for fun. Some sort of modification or whatever.
Any ideas on a simple first project for a newbie?
I'm good mechanically, but no significant tools (yet), and haven't worked on cars for over 30 years (did rebuild a two barrel carberator in an emergency and flashlight went dead in the pitch black dark at -10F).
I'm a starving artist so maybe $100 to $200 all in with tools?
It's a 2013 Tacoma with 4 cyl. I'm using it to travel back and forth to mountains. It has 4x4. Use it to carry stuff and to get through deep snow. No trailer hitch.
Loving it! Had buyer's remorse at first, but now I'm wondering if I could ever go back to a car? This truck is awesome! Love driving it!
