Inconsistent braking

Anybody know of a fix for the touchy brakes on the Off Road models. It's nearly impossible to come to a smooth stop. The closer the truck comes to stopping the more the brakes grab.

Mine also vibrates a little when breaking

Mine vibrates too. The dealer installed some axle shims which helped a little.

Some folks here have recommended doing a hard brake from 50mph down to 5mph. I tried it and worked great for my '17OR.

It fixed yours? I've noticed if I have to come to a quick stop the issue isn't there.

Mine were real touchy and seems to vibrate.......I run 'er up to about 60 and laid on the brakes til just about to stop and let off them......they work great now. Someone was talking about it last week.......can't remember right now but I'm sure they'll be along to give their info too.

It helped a lot! It’s not as pronounced anymore. I may learn to trust u guys one day. Maybe...

Mine is somewhat ?able too, might be the drum brake and pedal sensitivity.
