Is mileage a big issue?

Looking at my first Toyota, '04 Tacoma TRD but it has 160k miles on it. The truck is very clean and drives nice but the miles make me a little hesitant. Can anyone calm my fears?

I have a 2004 Tacoma TRD and it has 231746 miles on it and the only thing I replaced was the ball joints and of course your basic oil changes, brake changes, etc.
