JBL Bluetooth problems. Show of hands

2017 Tacoma Limited with JBL sound.
For the last 2 1/2 years my eq (low, mid, high) will occasionally reset to center after I make a Bluetooth call. Not every time, but it shouldn’t do that at all. Happened with iPhone 10 and 11. Kept up on iOS updates and factory updates.
They have replaced the head unit twice and reseat, recycle, and put it in rice for all I know. Still does exactly what it did the first day.
This is NOT associated with the reboot problem.
If you have this specific problem, please leave a message. I’m collecting data for further action at corporate level.

Update with progress!
My service “specialist” said they can’t duplicate it so there’s nothing more to do. And acts pissy that I keep bothering him.
“Can you document that?” And he does.
I called regional and left a message about saying CND is a piss poor excuse after 2 1/2 years and why the hell would I be wasting my time if it wasn’t happening?
2 days later Mr “specialist” calls me and asks if they could keep my truck for a few days to troubleshoot and I could have a 2020 loaner. Please and thank you.

I now have an amplifier on order and it should be here by Friday.

Document. Document. Document. Even if they can’t find the problem, have them document that too.
