LED lamps for DRL\Turn indicator

I was wondering if anyone has upgraded their DRL/Turn Indicators to switchback LEDs (amber when turning, white when in DRL mode). My vehicle is a 2012 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner TRD Sport V6 Double Cab. Also, anyone ever try to add Emergency lighting to their Trucks. I work security so having Amber/Green or Amber LED emergency lighting would come in handy in case i ever have too do a vehicle patrol. I am thinking 2 grill lights, wigwags, a dash light, and a couple lights on the back.
